I understand that they need stuff out of the house but they need to think more about their customers who are keeping them in business rather than getting the job done and getting out of town. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are someone who likes to purchase on line or attend on line auctions - avoid this company.Their "Packing" fees are outrageous and they don't even pack. Our items arrived in old ripped up boxes with zero packing material.They charged us $80.00 to pack two boxes of old pots and pans and used old newspaper. This did not include the actual shipping costs. When I pay $80.00 for "Packing Fees" I expect nice clean boxes with proper packing material. Some of our items arrived damaged.Their secretary Jamie was rude and evasive when questioned. If you have to bid with this company make sure to ask about their packing fees and get a quote BEFORE you bid.By A Google User, December 10, 2016
